Super Sunday Songs

Today at church we sang some wonderful songs.  Good songs that really make you think about what the words mean.

Today was also Superbowl Sunday.  


Sadly, the New England Patriots did not win tonight.  It was a rough loss.  


Though I have to say it never seemed like the offense got it going tonight.  I think they were thrown off from the very 1st play when the Giants got Brady for a safety.  


They never got into a good groove.  And in the Superbowl, you need to get into a good groove.  


Aside from the loss, we had a fantastic time at a friends' house for a Superbowl Party.  There were lots of adults and even more kids.  


At times it was chaotic & loud.  Just what a Superbowl party should be.  


And there was a lot of food.  All really yummy delicious food.  Just what a Superbowl party should have.


I made a pasta fagioli, kielbasa w/pineapple in the crockpot, and some chocolate peanut butter bars.  There were yummy dips, meatballs, chili, sliders, various other munchies, and desserts. 

Needless to say, I am still full!
