Amazed

I am truly amazed at the outpouring of donations that have showed up at my house in the last 24 hours.

Really and truly amazed.

Here is a shot looking into the dining room tonight.

D was being a good girl and getting her piano practice in for the night.

Luckily she wasn't easily distracted as I worked around her organizing everything.

My dining room was filled tonight.

Just small pathways around the table.

Here is just a small amount of the personal items that were donated.

Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, baby wipes, razors, toothbrushes, paper products, shaving cream.

So many items.  And this really is only a fraction of what people donated.

Hubby almost rented a small Uhaul because we knew that everything was not going to fit into the van that he rented.

Unfortunately the cost was just too much.

So, a wonderful neighbor is letting us borrow his SUV so that we are able to bring everything that was donated to us down in this one trip.

Just about packed to the gills.  Still a little bit of room.

Hubby is going tomorrow with a co-worker and my nephew, J.

J is bringing some things that he collected.

They will be creative, I am sure, to get everything to fit in both vehicles.

I bet they can do it.
